Trinity Railway Express Requests Amendment to Positive Train Control Safety Plan and System

Trinity Railway Express (TRE) has submitted its Positive Train Control Safety Plan (PTCSP) to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for approval, requesting certification of its Interoperable Electronic Train Management System (I-ETMS) as a 'mixed' positive train control system. The FRA is inviting public comment on the request.
