U.S. Government Seeks Final Approval for Lucasfilm Acquisition by The Walt Disney Company

The U.S. Department of Justice has proposed a final judgment and competitive impact statement for the acquisition of Lucasfilm Ltd. by The Walt Disney Company, a deal that would see Disney acquire the rights to Star Wars and other popular franchises.
