WAPA Proposes New Formula Rates for Loveland Area Projects

The Western Area Power Administration proposes new formula rates for Loveland Area Projects transmission and ancillary services if it joins the Southwest Power Pool's Open Access Transmission Tariff, with rates set to take effect on April 1, 2026, or the RTO expansion date, and remain in effect until March 31, 2031.
