AmeriCorps Proposes Revisions to Application, Enrollment, and Exit Forms

The Corporation for National and Community Service is proposing revisions to its application, enrollment, and exit forms for AmeriCorps members, allowing them to share their information with other entities for additional service opportunities, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
