US Forest Service Withdraws Ruby Mountains Lands for Preservation

The US Forest Service has filed an application to withdraw approximately 264,441.79 acres of Federal lands in the Ruby Mountains from leasing for 20 years, subject to valid existing rights, to preserve scenic values and recreational opportunities.
