Constellation Energy Generation, LLC Exempt from NRC Renewal Review Process

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC for the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1, allowing it to bypass the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards review process for the renewal of its Facility Operating License No. NPF-62.
