NRC Issues Exemption for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Decommissioning
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC to extend the decommissioning process of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 1, beyond the standard 60-year limit.
