Federal Acquisition Regulation: Trade Agreements Thresholds
The OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to incorporate revised thresholds for applying the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the United States Trade Representative.
