U.S. ITC Denies Review of Tesla's Intervention in Solar Cell Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination granting Tesla, Inc.'s motion to intervene regarding Certain TOPCon Solar Cells, Modules, Panels, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same.
