China to Regulate Emissions of Difluoromethane (R-32) from Imported Products

The Chinese government has determined that difluoromethane (R-32), a refrigerant used in air conditioning systems, will be subject to stricter emissions regulations starting from January 1, 2024, in an effort to reduce its impact on the environment.
