Administration Awards Single-Source Cooperative Agreement to Johns Hopkins University for Human Services National Interoperable Architecture

The Administration for Children and Families has awarded a single-source cooperative agreement to Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Lab, and School of Public Health to develop a Human Services National Interoperable Architecture, supporting the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Improper Payments and Recovery Act of 2010.
