EPA Deletes Beckman Instruments from Superfund National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed Beckman Instruments from the Superfund National Priorities List (NPL) after determining that all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980 have been completed.
