EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP Steel Pickling Facilities for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Steel Pickling, HCl Process Facilities and Hydrochloric Acid Regeneration Plants for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ICR is currently set to expire on April 30, 2022, and the EPA is requesting an additional 30 days for public comments.
