Procedures for Debarring Vessels From Entering U.S. Ports

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing new procedures for debarment of vessels from entering U.S. ports, in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), due to nonimmigrant crew members' failure to perform longshore work.
