Designation of Sudan for Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security has designated Sudan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, from April 19, 2022, through October 19, 2023, allowing eligible Sudanese nationals to apply for TPS if they have continuously resided in the US since March 1, 2022, and been physically present since April 19, 2022.
