Safety Zone; Ohio River, Cincinnati, OH

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for all navigable waters of the Ohio River, extending the entire width of the river, between mile marker (MM) 469.0-470.0. This safety zone is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Cincinnati, Ohio for a private fireworks display. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
