Sentencing Guidelines for the United States Courts Amendment 821 Effective February 1, 2024

The United States Sentencing Commission has announced an amendment to the Guidelines Manual that allows for retroactive application of a reduction in a defendant's term of imprisonment, effective February 1, 2024, or later. This change is part of Amendment 821, submitted to Congress on April 27, 2023.
