Air Plan Approval; New Hampshire; Reasonable Available Control Technology for the 2008 and 2015 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving portions of New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan revisions that certify the state has adopted reasonably available control technology (RACT) for 2008 and 2015 ozone standards, as well as amendments to a related regulation and a revision to the definition of emergency generator. The actions are taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
