DHS Extends and Redesignates South Sudan for Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for South Sudan for 18 months, from November 4, 2023, to May 3, 2025, and redesignating the country for the first time, allowing additional individuals to apply for TPS.
