U.S. Department of Education and Social Security Administration Re-establish Matching Program

The U.S. Department of Education is re-establishing a matching program with the Social Security Administration to verify the eligibility of applicants for Higher Education Act program assistance, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Higher Education Act of 1965.
