OSMRE Proposes Renewal of Information Collection for Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations on Indian Lands

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is proposing to renew an information collection requirement under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for surface coal mining and reclamation operations on Indian lands.
