The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to publish information on certain new chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as amended by the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act. This document provides information on EPA submissions from August 1, 2023, to August 31, 2023.
