Postal Service Proposes to Amend Ballot Mail Ancillary Service Endorsements

The United States Postal Service is proposing to remove Change Service Requested, Option 1, as an ancillary service endorsement option for Ballot Mail from the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM).
