Proposed Information Collection Activity; Application Requirements for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Model Plan Application (Office of Management and Budget #0970-0075)

The Office of Community Services, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is requesting to extend the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Model Plan Application through August 31, 2024, and then make significant revisions to the FY 2025 application, effective September 1, 2024.
