List of Laboratories Certified to Conduct Urine Drug Testing for Federal Agencies

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) publishes a list of laboratories and instrumented initial testing facilities (IITFs) certified to meet the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs, which were first published in 1988 and revised several times since then.
