Bureau of Industry and Security Implements 2022 Wassenaar Arrangement Decisions, Requests Comments on License Exception Eligibility for Supersonic Aero Gas Turbine Engine Component Technology

The Bureau of Industry and Security is implementing changes to the Commerce Control List in response to decisions made by Participating States at the December 2022 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary meeting, and is seeking comments on restricting license eligibility for certain supersonic aero gas turbine engine component technology.
