DOT Proposes New System of Records for Aviation Safety Investigations

The Department of Transportation (DOT) is proposing a new system of records to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) mission of aviation safety, which will include toxicology reports, accident and incident reports, and other records related to investigations of accidents and incidents involving small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
