EPA Publishes Receipt and Status Information for Certain New Chemicals in September 2023

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made publicly available information on new chemical submissions and reviews from September 1 to September 30, 2023, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act.
