DHS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Revision of Information Collection for Petition to Classify Orphan as Immediate Relative

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on a proposed revision of a currently approved collection of information related to petitions to classify an orphan as an immediate relative, advance processing of orphan petitions, and consent to disclose information.
