Investment Company Names; Correction

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is making a technical correction to a preamble accompanying amendments to the rule under the Investment Company Act of 1940, which addresses misleading investment company names, as adopted in Release No. IC-35000 (September 20, 2023), published in the Federal Register on October 11, 2023.
