U.S. Department of Commerce Determines Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Light-Walled Welded Rectangular Carbon Steel Tubing from Taiwan

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan, produced in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel from Taiwan, are circumventing an antidumping duty order on LWR tubing from Taiwan.
