U.S. Department of Energy Releases Final National Transmission Needs Study

The U.S. Department of Energy has made the final National Transmission Needs Study available, a report required every three years to assess electric transmission capacity constraints and congestion, informing potential use of DOE's National Interest Electric Transmission Corridor designation authority.
