OPM Abolishes Allegheny, Pennsylvania, as Nonappropriated Fund Federal Wage System Wage Area

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to abolish the Allegheny, Pennsylvania, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage area, effective immediately, due to low employment numbers and the inability of local activities to conduct local wage surveys.
