Privacy Act Regulations for EPA-83

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise its Privacy Act regulations to exempt the Personnel Security System (PSS) 2.0 from certain requirements, citing the need to protect information relevant to insider threat inquiries and background investigations. The proposed rule will be published as a direct final rule if no adverse comments are received.
