EPA Exempts Personnel Security System 2.0 from Privacy Act Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising its Privacy Act regulations to exempt the Personnel Security System 2.0 (PSS 2.0), EPA-83, from certain requirements due to the sensitive nature of insider threat inquiries.
