DoD Seeks Comments on Revision to DFARS for Modular Open Systems Approaches

The Department of Defense is seeking public input to inform the development of a revised Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) that will implement elements of the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2012, 2017, and 2021, which focus on contract requirements for modular open system approaches.
