VA Proposes Rule to Furnish Commemorative Plaques and Urns for Veterans

The Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing a rule to implement new statutory authority to provide commemorative plaques and urns for certain veterans whose cremated remains are not interred, as authorized by the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020.
