Additions to the Entity List

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding four entities to the Entity List, targeting countries including Costa Rica, Ecuador, India, Panama, Spain, Russia, and Venezuela, due to concerns over national security and foreign policy interests.
