National Marine Fisheries Service Exempts Additional Fisheries from Sea Turtle Observer Requirement

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has decided not to add new fisheries to the 2024 Annual Determination (AD) that require sea turtle observers, following its authority under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
