DoD Finalizes Amendments to FOIA Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD) is updating its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulation to reflect organizational name changes, new FOIA Requester Service Centers, and adoption of Department of Justice (DOJ) standards, while making participation in FOIA alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services voluntary for requesters.
