EPA Approves Indiana's State Plan to Control Air Pollutants from MSW Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's state plan to control air pollutants from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfills, submitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on March 20, 2023, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and MSW Landfills Emission Guidelines (EG).
