Addition of Entities to the Entity List

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has added 42 entities to the Entity List under 44 entries, affecting destinations in Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates, due to concerns over national security and foreign policy interests.
