Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Reflect Changes to Missile Technology Control Regime

The Bureau of Industry and Security is updating the Export Administration Regulations to reflect changes to the Missile Technology Control Regime Annex agreed upon by MTCR member countries in 2018, 2019, and 2021, expanding eligibility for license exceptions for MT-controlled items.
