Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement: Rights in Technical Data (DFARS Case 2019-D044); Extension of Comment Period

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has extended the comment period for a proposed revision to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) related to the implementation of sections from the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2012 and 2017. The new deadline for submitting comments is November 17, 2024.
