OPM Proposes Regulation to Clarify Temporary Promotions for Federal Employees

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing a regulation to ensure federal employees temporarily promoted to higher-grade duties are paid accordingly, regardless of their bargaining-unit status or the duration of the promotion.
