NIST Releases Draft PEA for CHIPS Incentives Program Modernization

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has made available a Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for modernizing and expanding existing semiconductor fabrication facilities under the CHIPS Incentives Program, seeking public comments on the document.
