EPA Adopts Inflation Adjustment for Civil Monetary Penalties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing a final rule to adjust the maximum and minimum statutory civil monetary penalty amounts under its statutes, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the 2015 Act.
