EPA Approves New York State's Emission Statement Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to enhance an existing emission statement program for stationary sources in New York State, starting in 2022.
