Cross-References to Bank Secrecy Act Regulations to be Updated by Commodity Futures Trading Commission

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is adopting technical amendments to its regulations to update cross-references to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's regulations, which have been reorganized under the Bank Secrecy Act. The changes will take effect upon publication of the rulemaking.
