The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) California Desert District Office is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Control-Silver Peak Project in Inyo and Mono Counties, California, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
